“ Semplicità uguale qualità in questo caso. In mezzo al verde di un piccolo parco cittadino, non delude le aspettative per un pasto veloce, caratteristico del luogo e non trasandato. Un fast che somiglia molto ad uno slow food. Gli hamburger compositi e ricchi, vari, si aggiungono alle classiche piadine e tigelle. La sorridente gentilezza del personale si abbina all’efficienza. Prezzi che fanno concorrenza, vincendo, alle più note catene di fast food. ”

Le inevitabili code che si formano nel tratto da Faenza a Bologna ci impongono di uscire dall’autostrada e fermarci a mangiare una delle piadine più buone della Romagna.
